Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Yesterday, I found myself in a serious crunch. Our Montreal office experienced a catastrophic UPS failure, causing critical equipment to continuously shut down. We needed an immediate replacement backup power supply no delays, no excuses.

I reached out to my local Pickering vendor, Surge Arrest, and connected with Sharmaine. From the moment I explained the urgency of the situation, he sprang into action. No hesitation. No red tape. Just pure professionalism and care.

He immediately checked same-day availability, secured the right unit, and then went above and beyond by arranging a special expedited delivery. From my first call to having the two replacements delivered to my door — before I even began my drive to Montreal — only four hours had passed.

Four hours.

That level of responsiveness, ownership, and heart is rare. It wasn’t just great service — it was next-level commitment.

Fair pricing. Exceptional urgency. Genuine care.

Thank you, Sharmaine and Surge Arrest, for stepping up when it mattered most. That’s the kind of service that earns loyalty for life.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an excellent experience with contacting the company directly for the item I needed for our business. They were very helpful and sent the BE600M1 unit in a timely manner. Working directly with the company was much easier and more economical than ordering through a third-party supplier. I would definitely recommend and will contact them for any future needs.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely stellar service! We recently invested in a backup battery system for our vaccine fridge from surge arrest canada, and I cannot express how impressed we are with their professionalism, speed, and overall commitment to our needs. From the initial inquiry, their team was incredibly responsive, providing clear and concise information and answering all our questions promptly. Their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional, keeping us informed every step of the way.
The installation was seamless. They took the time to explain the system thoroughly and ensured we were comfortable with its operation. The follow-up has been equally impressive, with regular check-ins to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Recently, we experienced a sudden power outage. However, the backup battery from kicked in instantly, maintaining a stable temperature without missing a beat. The fridge remained perfectly powered for the duration of the outage, which lasted over two hours. This was a critical moment for us, and the back up battery performed exactly as promised, providing us with invaluable peace of mind.
It's rare to find a company that delivers such exceptional service from start to finish.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I purchased (2) APC surge protectors with battery back up.

One was for my business home office to keep my High Speed Internet functioning though brown outs and short black outs.

The second unit was for a family cottage in an area with frequent power outages. While we have an automatic back up generator, the power would go down during a power failure and before the generator would turn on, the Internet and Wi-Fi would go down which caused so many problems. Now with the APC surge protector with battery back up, we have no more issues with the Internet going down. Problem solved!

The APC products from Surge Arrest were easy to set up and they have worked flawlessly. More importantly, I have solved my system issues at both my Home Office and Family Cottage.
